Ingredients
- 1000 g sweet potatoes
- 180 g sour cream
- 30 ml olive oil
- 7 g garlic
- 15 g granulated garlic
- 15 g salt
- 15 g smoked paprika
- 8 g black pepper
Instructions
- 1Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries. In a bowl, mix them with olive oil. Mix all the spices together and sprinkle over the fries. Mix thoroughly (by hand) to ensure all fries are coated in the mixture, then spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2Bake the fries at 200°C until golden (approx. 15-20 minutes). Then flip them and bake for the same amount of time on the other side.
- 3Serve as a side dish or on their own with a chosen dip. They taste great, for example, with a garlic sour cream dip.
- 4Mix the cream with pressed garlic, then salt and pepper to taste.
