  • 500 g spinach
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Salt

    Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes, then cook them in salted water.

    In a large pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic for about 1 minute.
