INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH
- 300 g white all-purpose wheat flour
- 150 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 30 g butter (room temperature)
- 80 g white granulated sugar
- 42 g fresh yeast
- Salt

- 250 g Nutella
- 250 g cream cheese
INGREDIENTS FOR BRUSHING
- 1 egg size M
- 1 tablespoon of water

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat your oven to 175 °C and prepare a baking dish (approx. 30 cm x 25 cm), lining it with baking paper.
- 2In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour with 150 ml of milk, butter, sugar, yeast, and a pinch of salt, and knead the resulting mixture into a smooth dough. Kneading will take approximately 5-10 minutes (if using a stand mixer, turn it on to medium speed).
- 3Lightly flour your work surface, then place the prepared dough on it and roll it out with a rolling pin into a sheet approximately 30 cm × 40 cm.
- 4In a smaller bowl, mix Nutella with cream cheese and spread the resulting mixture over the dough, leaving 1–2 cm along the edge of one of the longer sides of the dough unspread. Then roll up the dough along the longer side from the spread part to the unspread part, and cut the rolled dough into 12 equally sized pieces, which you then arrange in the baking dish.
- 5In a cup, whisk 1 egg with 1 tablespoon of water and brush the prepared buns with the resulting mixture.
- 6Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the buns for 30–32 minutes at 170–175 °C.
- 7After baking, remove the buns from the oven and serve.
Tip
Drizzle the buns with honey before serving.
