Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 200 g canned tuna in its own juice
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 large tomato
  • 50 g Balkan cheese

Instructions

    Prepare a larger bowl, add Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, tuna in its own juice including the brine, salt, and pepper, and mix.

    Peel the onion and cut it into rings. Remove the core from the pepper and cut it into small cubes along with the cucumber and tomato. Add all the chopped vegetables to the bowl with the tuna mixture and mix everything again.

    Divide the resulting salad into 4 plates, crumble Balkan cheese finely on top of each portion, and serve.
