Jemná a krémová dýňová pomazánka se smetanovým sýrem a tymiánem je skvělou volbou pro zdravou svačinu nebo pohoštění.

Preparation method

Place the chopped pumpkin in a pot, pour in enough water to cover the pumpkin, and season with salt. Cover the pot with a lid and bring to a boil; then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20–25 minutes until the pumpkin is tender.

After the specified time, drain the water from the pot, transfer the cooked pumpkin to a blender, and blend until smooth. Let it cool.

Add the cream cheese, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the cooled puree and blend everything once more.
