  • 1 red pepper (approx. 180–200 g)
  • 270 g Gervais
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8–10 drops Tabasco
  • pinch of pepper
  • pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Brush the pepper with oil, place it on a baking sheet, put it in the preheated oven, and bake for 15 minutes. Immediately transfer it to a bowl, cover it as quickly as possible with plastic wrap, and let it steam for 30 minutes. Then carefully peel off the skin, halve it, and remove the stem and seeds.

Finely chop the flesh and mix with the other ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator.
