INGREDIENTS
- 8 eggs
- 240 g cream cheese
- 120 g plain yogurt
- 1.5 tablespoons full-fat mustard
- 10 g salt
- pinch of pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl, and finely chop the whites.
- 2Mash the yolks with a fork, add cream cheese, yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix.
- 3Add the chopped whites, mix, and chill in the refrigerator.
Tip
You can replace part of the full-fat mustard with Dijon mustard for a sharper taste.
You don't have to chop all the egg whites into the spread; you can fill some of them with the spread.
You can add finely chopped flat-leaf parsley or chives to the spread.
