INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tub (200 g) whipping cream
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tub soft quark (250 g)
  • powdered sugar to taste and as needed (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

    Pour the cream into a small saucepan and bring almost to a boil. Remove from heat and add the broken chocolate.

    Whisk until all the chocolate has melted and combined with the cream into a smooth mixture.

    Immediately add the quark to the hot chocolate cream and mix again until a smooth mixture forms. Taste and sweeten to your liking.

    Pour into three small bowls and refrigerate to cool. I do not accept complaints about quark disappearing from the fridge spontaneously and without a trace.
