INSTRUCTIONS

  Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring almost to a boil. Remove from heat and add the broken chocolate.

  Whisk until all the chocolate melts and combines with the cream into a smooth mixture.

  Immediately add the quark to the hot chocolate cream and mix again until a smooth mixture forms. Taste and sweeten to your liking.

  Pour into three small bowls and refrigerate to cool. I do not accept complaints about quark disappearing from the fridge spontaneously and without a trace.
