INGREDIENTS
- 1 tub (200 g) whipping cream
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 tub soft quark (250 g)
- powdered sugar to taste and as needed (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring almost to a boil. Remove from heat and add the broken chocolate.
- 2Whisk until all the chocolate melts and combines with the cream into a smooth mixture.
- 3Immediately add the quark to the hot chocolate cream and mix again until a smooth mixture forms. Taste and sweeten to your liking.
- 4Pour into three small bowls and refrigerate to cool. I do not accept complaints about quark disappearing from the fridge spontaneously and without a trace.
