  • 250 g full-fat curd cheese
  • 140 g yogurt with 0 % fat
  • 100 g ricotta
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 30 whole grain biscuits
  • 2 apples approx. 360 g
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 20 g hazelnuts

INGREDIENTS FOR DATE CARAMEL

  • 130 g Medjool dates
  • 100 ml cooking cream 12%

INSTRUCTIONS

    Pour water over the dates and let them rest for 1 hour. Then remove the pits, place them in a chopper, and blend. Add cream and 3 tablespoons of water and blend again briefly until smooth.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into smaller cubes. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, mix, spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15 minutes.

    Crush the biscuits. For the cream, mix curd cheese, yogurt, ricotta, and vanilla extract.

    Place a portion of the cream at the bottom of the glass. Sprinkle crushed biscuits on top, pour date caramel, and cover with some of the baked apples. For the next layer, use the remaining cream, date caramel, and baked apples. Finally, sprinkle the entire dessert with chopped hazelnuts.
