- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- ½ teaspoon baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix all ingredients on a work surface and knead thoroughly with your hands until a pliable dough forms.
- 2Place in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes.
- 3Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm. Continuously dust with flour, but only enough so that the dough does not stick. Cut out various shapes and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake until golden for 18 - 20 minutes.
