Preparation method

Turn on the oven to top and bottom heat and set to 220 °C.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm and, using a pastry wheel, cut it along the shorter side into 3 cm wide strips.

Wash the asparagus, dry it, and snap off the woody ends. Wrap the prepared asparagus in a slice of cheese, then wrap it with a strip of dough. Wrap the dough around the asparagus like for a cream roll.
