  • 200 g little gem lettuce
  • 200 g turnip
  • 300 g chicken breasts
  • 20 g Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Half a teaspoon of salt

INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING

  • 40 g tahini paste
  • 60 g sour cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Separate the lettuce into individual leaves, wash them and cut into larger pieces. Peel the turnip and cut it into small sticks.

    For the dressing, mix all ingredients and set aside.

    Cut the chicken meat into slices and then into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Sear the meat in a non-stick pan. Sear it on all sides for about 5 minutes.

    Mix the vegetables in a large bowl together with the dressing and chicken pieces. Serve on plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds and Parmesan slices.
