INGREDIENTS
- 200 g little gem lettuce
- 200 g turnip
- 300 g chicken breasts
- 20 g Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Half a teaspoon of salt
INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING
- 40 g tahini paste
- 60 g sour cream
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Separate the lettuce into individual leaves, wash them and cut into larger pieces. Peel the turnip and cut it into small sticks.
- 2For the dressing, mix all ingredients and set aside.
- 3Cut the chicken meat into slices and then into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Sear the meat in a non-stick pan. Sear it on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- 4Mix the vegetables in a large bowl together with the dressing and chicken pieces. Serve on plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds and Parmesan slices.
