INGREDIENTS
- 200 g mixed salads
- 100 g radishes
- 10 pcs strawberries
- Half an avocado
- 10 pcs cherry tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 20 g pecan nuts
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Wash and dry the vegetables. Slice the radishes, quarter the strawberries and tomatoes. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and skin. Cut it into cubes. Also cut the cheese into cubes or break it into smaller pieces by hand. Cut the pecan nuts into smaller pieces.
- 2Place the salad with the prepared vegetables and cheese into a bowl and pour over the dressing, which is made by mixing olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, and salt. Mix well and serve into bowls. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and nuts.
