  • 150 g full-fat plain yogurt
  • 140 g ripe banana
  • Teaspoon honey
  • Teaspoon cocoa
  • 40 g ladyfingers
  • 80 g raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

    Add quark, yogurt, banana, honey, and cocoa to a bowl and blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth.

    Place 6 pieces of ladyfingers at the bottom of 4 glasses or smaller bowls, then pour 125 g of the quark mixture over them.

    Place the glasses in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    When serving, garnish the Pribináček cup with raspberries (20 g) and serve.
