INGREDIENTS
- 250 g full-fat quark
- 150 g full-fat plain yogurt
- 140 g ripe banana
- Teaspoon honey
- Teaspoon cocoa
- 40 g ladyfingers
- 80 g raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Add quark, yogurt, banana, honey, and cocoa to a bowl and blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth.
- 2Place 6 pieces of ladyfingers at the bottom of 4 glasses or smaller bowls, then pour 125 g of the quark mixture over them.
- 3Place the glasses in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 4When serving, garnish the Pribináček cup with raspberries (20 g) and serve.
