Pour 350 ml of milk into a small saucepan and slowly bring to a boil over medium heat. Add oat flakes, oat flour, ground cinnamon, and 20 g of cane sugar to the boiling milk and cook for 2–3 minutes over medium heat.

Then remove the saucepan from the heat, cover with a plate, and let stand for 3–5 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the caramelized banana. Peel the banana, cut it in half, and then slice it lengthwise. In a small pan (preferably non-stick), add the remaining 20 g of cane sugar and pour in 2 tablespoons of water. Slowly heat over low to medium heat for 1–2 minutes, until the sugar begins to bubble slightly. Then add the banana to the pan, cut-side down, and cook over low heat for another 2–3 minutes. Once the sugar starts to brown, add the butter, reduce the heat to low, and let it melt slowly (1–2 minutes).
