INGREDIENTS

  • 110 g oat flakes
  • 40 g hazelnuts
  • 40 g dried cranberries
  • 40 g dried apricots, chopped into smaller pieces
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 60 g honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Chop cranberries and apricots into smaller pieces. Finely chop the nuts.

    Mix coconut oil with honey and heat briefly until the oil is completely melted. Add vanilla extract and salt.

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C with top and bottom heat. Bake in the middle of the oven for 12 - 15 minutes. After removing, let them cool on the baking sheet before serving.

    Place oat flakes, fruit, and nuts into a bowl, then pour the prepared dressing over them. Mix well. Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture from the bowl. On a baking sheet lined with a baking mat, form mounds, press them down to create cookies about 7 - 8 cm in size.
