INGREDIENTS
- 110 g oat flakes
- 40 g hazelnuts
- 40 g dried cranberries
- 40 g dried apricots, chopped into smaller pieces
- 50 g coconut oil
- 60 g honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Chop cranberries and apricots into smaller pieces. Finely chop the nuts.
- 2Mix coconut oil with honey and heat briefly until the oil is completely melted. Add vanilla extract and salt.
- 3Preheat the oven to 180 °C with top and bottom heat. Bake in the middle of the oven for 12 - 15 minutes. After removing, let them cool on the baking sheet before serving.
- 4Place oat flakes, fruit, and nuts into a bowl, then pour the prepared dressing over them. Mix well. Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture from the bowl. On a baking sheet lined with a baking mat, form mounds, press them down to create cookies about 7 - 8 cm in size.
