Preparation method

Pour milk into the robot's bowl, add crumbled yeast and other ingredients. Knead into a smooth dough with a dough hook.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour and turn the dough out onto it. Form it into a ball with your hands, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour until it doubles in volume.

Roll the risen dough into a log, then divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape these into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced sufficiently apart.

Chef's tip

For proper scoring of the dough, ideally use a serrated knife that won't tear the dough.
