INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- 1Place balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and 1 tablespoon of water into a tall, narrow container and blend with an immersion blender.
- 2Slowly pour in the oil while continuously blending until a smooth emulsion forms.
