INGREDIENTS

  • 4x pita bread
  • 20 g tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 30 g pizza mozzarella (grated mozzarella, not in brine)
  • 70 g feta cheese
  • 15 g grated cheddar
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • A handful of leaf spinach
  • 90 g tomato passata

  • Black olives

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

    In a bowl, mix the passata, tomato paste, and oregano.

    Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 4
    Blanch the spinach with boiling water and let it drain.
  • 5
    Spread the sauce on the pita using a spoon. Sprinkle the sauce with mozzarella, crumble the feta and cheddar. Finally, place the cherry tomatoes and blanched spinach on the pita.

    If your children like black olives, add those as well.

    Bake the pita in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
