INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare a bowl and a fine sieve.
- 2Wash the radishes, grate them finely, and place them in the sieve. Add cottage cheese to the grated radishes and let the excess liquid drain.
- 3Then transfer everything to the prepared bowl along with finely chopped chives, Greek yogurt, and salt. Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly and season to taste.
- 4Store the finished spread in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.

Serve the spread best with sourdough bread
