INGREDIENTS
- 1 pc red dragon fruit (approx. 380 g)
- 1 dcl coconut water
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 7 leaves fresh lemon balm
- Handful of freeze-dried fruit (e.g., mango/raspberries/strawberries)
- Coconut chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the dragon fruit lengthwise and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Blend it with coconut water, maple syrup, and mint leaves until smooth.
- 2Fill popsicle molds halfway, add smaller pieces of crushed freeze-dried fruit, add the rest of the mixture, and sprinkle with freeze-dried fruit again.
- 3Place in the freezer for 5-6 hours, preferably overnight.
- 4Remove the popsicles from the molds and sprinkle with coconut flakes and crushed freeze-dried fruit.
