Preparation method

Cut the dragon fruit lengthwise and scoop it out with a spoon. Blend it until smooth together with the coconut water, maple syrup, and mint leaves.

Fill the popsicle molds halfway, add the freeze-dried fruit crushed into smaller pieces, add the rest of the mixture, and sprinkle with freeze-dried fruit again.

Place in the freezer for 5-6 hours, preferably overnight.
