INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g fresh strawberries
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 100 g cooking chocolate
  • A little milk
  • Approx. 5 pieces of Lotus biscuits
  • 8 mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

    Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds, adding them to the crème fraîche. Add powdered sugar and whisk. Melt the chocolate with a little milk in a water bath. Throw in the vanilla pod shell and chopped mint. Allow at least 10 minutes for the flavors to blend.

    Cut the strawberries in a cross and trim the bottom so they stand. Then dip them from the bottom about halfway into the chocolate and fill with crème fraîche. Sprinkle with crushed Lotus biscuits and serve.
