INGREDIENTS
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 400 g Philadelphia
- 500 ml 33% whipping cream
- 250 g cane sugar
- 8 pcs eggs size M
- 50 g all-purpose flour
- 2 vanilla pods
- Fruit for decoration (raspberries, blueberries, wild strawberries, sour cherries)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
METHOD
- 1Whisk together mascarpone, Philadelphia cheese, and sugar. Gradually add eggs while continuously whisking, then cream, and finally flour. Slit the vanilla pods lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Add to the mixture and mix well.
- 2Line a 26 cm diameter cake tin with baking paper and pour in the prepared mixture. Gently tap the tin on the table a few times to settle the mixture. Bake for 50 - 55 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius - top and bottom heat. Then let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 3 hours. Decorate with fruit, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
