  • 120 g almond milk
  • 45 g fine rolled oats
  • 100 g skyr or Greek yogurt
  • 80 g fresh mango
  • 40 g freeze-dried mango
  • Tablespoon of chia seeds
  • Tablespoon of desiccated coconut
  • Tablespoon of maple syrup
  • Blueberries for serving

Simply put everything into a blender and blend into a smooth porridge with a batter-like consistency. If the porridge is too runny for you, add another tablespoon of rolled oats; if it is too thick, add a little milk.

Pour the porridge into a bowl and let it rest in the fridge overnight. Before serving, garnish with fruit, coconut, chia seeds, or anything you like.
