Preparation method
Fill a small saucepan with water and bring to a boil, meanwhile prepare the yogurt. Mix it with olive oil, salt, pepper, and finely chopped dill. Add pressed or finely grated garlic and mix.
Now prepare the poached eggs. Once the water is gently simmering, add the vinegar. Crack an egg into a small bowl and create a whirlpool in the pot with a spoon. Slowly and just above the water surface, pour the egg from the bowl into the hot water. Simmer very gently for 3 minutes to achieve a perfect egg texture.
Repeat this with the remaining eggs, never prepare more than one egg at a time. I recommend doing them in two pots simultaneously to speed up the process.
