  • 4 pcs wheat tortillas
  • Chocolate spread
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 punnets of raspberries
  • 20 pcs Lotus biscuits

    Crush the biscuits into small pieces (you can use a chopper or simply mash them or put them in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin). Slice the bananas into rounds.

    Place a tortilla on a cutting board. Take a knife and make a cut from the center of the tortilla down to the edge.

    Imagine the tortilla is divided into four parts (in half and each half again in half). You will place a different ingredient in each part.

    Spread chocolate spread on the first part to the left of the cut. Place half a sliced banana on the next part. Sprinkle crushed biscuits on the third part of the tortilla and arrange fresh raspberries in the last part.

    Now you can start wrapping. First, fold the part with the spread over the bananas, then fold both parts over the biscuits, and finish the wrap by folding it over the part with the raspberries. For a clearer demonstration, watch the video above.

    Dry-fry the wrapped tortilla on both sides in a pan, contact grill, or toaster.
