Fino XL roasting bags are designed for preparing food in the oven. The pack contains 5 pcs measuring 35 × 43 cm and approximately 12 μm thick.
The bags are suitable for meat, fish, vegetables and baked goods and allow baking without added fat. The sealed environment helps retain juiciness and aroma while reducing soiling of the baking tray and oven. Thanks to the XL size, they are also suitable for larger pieces, such as chicken or roasts up to approx. 3 kg. The material is intended for food contact and, under normal baking conditions, withstands temperatures up to approx. 200 °C.
Use
Place the ingredients in the bag, seal it and place it on a baking tray. Before baking, lightly pierce the bag and make sure it does not touch the heating elements. Suitable for baking in the oven up to approx. 200 °C.
