Terms and Conditions of Club Rohlíček

of the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., ID No.: 030 24 130, registered office at Karolinská 654/2, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert No. 226550 (hereinafter referred to as “Velká Pecka” and the “Rohlíček Club Terms”).

Free Delivery

Free delivery is available throughout the week — from Monday to Sunday — for deliveries between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Order Bonus

For the first and second purchase in a calendar month over CZK 2,000 made by a Rohlíček Club member, the member receives 14 days of Rohlíček Club benefits free of charge from the date of delivery of that specific order. If the member already has active Rohlíček Club benefits, their validity is extended by an additional 14 days from the end of the currently active benefits.

Rohlíček Club Benefits:

• 10% discount on all our private label products (15% on the Rohlik brand)
• 10% discount on all BIO products
• Access to members-only products
• Free delivery between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. within 15-minute time slots (15-minute-time slots availability varies by location)

Rohlíček Club benefits and related discounts apply to the value of the actual purchased goods, excluding alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and lottery tickets. The following amounts are also excluded from the total:

1. delivery fees
2. tips
3. redeemed credits
4. refundable packaging

These Rohlíček Club Terms take effect on November 13, 2025.
