Use
Roast beef is ideal for home roasting or grilling. When grilling, create two zones – one with high heat for searing and another with lower heat for finishing. Recommended internal temperature: 54 °C for pink roast beef, 58 °C for medium doneness. Serve warm with mayonnaise, horseradish, and potatoes, or cold in a sandwich.
