  • 160 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 larger banana (approx. 120 g)
  • 100 g sour cream
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
  • Popsicle molds

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, let the ice cream soften in the mold at room temperature, or place the mold under a stream of lukewarm water for a moment – the ice cream will release from the mold and the popsicle will come out easily.
