Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180°C – top and bottom heat with fan. Place a small bowl of water at the bottom of the oven to create steam.

Blend the beetroot together with eggs and oil. Then add sugar and kefir and mix thoroughly.

Sift flour and cocoa into a large bowl, add salt, baking soda, and baking powder.

Chef's tip

All ingredients from the refrigerator must be at room temperature. Take them out of the refrigerator at least 1 hour before preparation.
