- 500 g fresh strawberries
- 250 g full-fat curd cheese
- 200 ml cream 15%
- 100 g whole milk
- 30 g icing sugar
- 10 g lime juice
- 10 g pistachios
- 2 pcs lemon balm

Thoroughly wash and hull the strawberries.

Place the strawberries in a tall container for a stick blender. Add the curd cheese, cream, milk, sugar, and lime juice, and blend until smooth.

Pour the blended cream into plates and garnish with cream, strawberries, and optionally chopped pistachios and lemon balm leaves.
