INGREDIENTS
- 250 g very ripe bananas
- 80 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 120 g melted butter
- 280 g all-purpose wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 100 g chips or chopped 70% dark chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 2Whisk the eggs with sugar until foamy.
- 3Mash the bananas with a fork and transfer them to a bowl with the whisked eggs. Add the melted butter. Choose a K-type attachment and combine.
- 4Now add the flour, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Mix everything again and finally carefully fold in the chocolate chips.
- 5Grease the loaf pan with butter and dust with flour, then transfer the batter into the pan.
- 6Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes. After baking, check with a dry skewer to see if the dough sticks to it. If not, you can remove the bread; if the dough sticks, let the bread bake for another 5-10 minutes.
- 7After baking, let it cool, then unmold the bread.
- 8Serve with your favorite yogurt or quark and fruit.
