INGREDIENTS
- 500 g full-fat curd
- 100 g whipping cream
- 1 vanilla pod
- 40 g birch or granulated sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Place the curd, cream, and sugar into a blender. Halve the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds, then add them to the curd and cream.
- 2Blend everything.
- 3Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and turn it on for approximately 30 minutes. Immediately after the ice cream is made by the ice cream maker, you can serve it in a bowl or in cones.
- 4If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a stainless steel bowl and place it in the freezer. During freezing, after approximately 20 – 30 minutes, take out the mixture and stir it from the edges to the center. Then return the bowl to the freezer. Repeat this process until the mixture is frozen. Before serving, let the ice cream soften slightly.
