- 400 g fresh blueberries
- 50 g butter
- 150 ml buttermilk
- 90 g all-purpose flour
- 1 pc M egg
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 5 g ground cinnamon
- 12 g baking powder
- 30 ml rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare a baking dish (approx. 25 cm × 15 cm) by lining it with baking paper.
- 2In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for the crumble topping and set the bowl aside for now.
- 3Now prepare the batter: In a larger bowl, add 170 g all-purpose flour, 80 g granulated sugar, and baking powder, then add 1 egg, 150 ml buttermilk, and 30 ml rapeseed oil. Mix everything until smooth and pour the resulting batter into the lined dish.
- 4Spread the blueberries over the batter and sprinkle with the prepared crumble topping.
- 5Place the dish into the preheated oven and bake for 40–45 minutes at 175–180 °C.
- 6After baking, let the cake cool down, then serve.
