Ingredients
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tortillas
- 150 g ham
- 3 handfuls fresh baby spinach

Instructions
- 1In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese with lemon juice. Then peel the garlic, press it into the bowl with the cheese mixture, stir, and season the resulting mixture with salt and pepper.
- 2Lay out 3 tortillas on a work surface and spread the prepared cheese mixture evenly over their entire surface.
- 3Spread ⅓ of the ham in the middle of each tortilla so that the slices cover as much of the tortilla's surface as possible, but do not overlap. Similarly, distribute the baby spinach on the tortillas. However, on one side of each tortilla, there must be 1–2 cm of empty space without ham and spinach, where only the cheese mixture is spread.
- 4Roll each tortilla towards the empty space on its surface so that it holds together. If you can't manage this, secure the rolled tortilla with a toothpick.
- 5Cut each tortilla crosswise into 6 equally sized pieces and serve the resulting rolls immediately.
Tip
You can also add thinly sliced red bell pepper, or perhaps cucumber and carrots, to the tortillas.
