  • 2 tbsp of matcha powder
  • 100 g of chia seeds
  • 250 ml of coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 100 g of raspberries

Pour matcha powder into 350 ml of water and whisk thoroughly with a whisk. Add coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and chia seeds. Stir and let it rest until the next day (or at least 6 hours).

Serving: stir the resulting pudding and spoon it into glasses. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
