Preparation method

Put the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl. Mix everything well so that the seeds are evenly distributed.

Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into small pieces or slices that you can roll into a spiral. You can also blend the mango into a puree.

Divide the yogurt mixture into glasses, add the mango, garnish with mint leaves, and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 1 hour to allow the chia seeds to swell.
