INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g cod fillet
  • 1 lemon
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 100 g canned peas
  • 1 carrot
  • Bunch of fresh dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Pat the cod dry, season with salt, and drizzle with lemon juice. Let rest for 10 minutes, then fry the fillets in a hot pan. Afterwards, remove from heat and let cool.

    Peel the onion and slice it. Clean the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater. Remove tough stems from the dill and chop finely.

    In a bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, onion, carrot, peas, dill, the remaining lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Flake the fillets with a fork or cut into smaller pieces. Add to the salad, season with vinegar, and stir.
