  • 30 g Lučina
  • 10 g mayonnaise
  • 2 g chives
  • 30 g cherry tomatoes
  • 20 g basil
  • 50 g spinach
  • 1 clove of garlic

  • pepper
  • 20 g parmesan
  • 20 g pecorino
  • 1 slice of sourdough bread
  • 50 g arugula
  • 10 g pine nuts

Toast a slice of bread in olive oil. If you prefer it fresh, just cut a slice, both options are great.

Prepare a cream from Lučina, mayonnaise, chives, and parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and lightly spread this cream on the bread. Add a thick layer of pesto prepared from arugula, garlic, spinach, parmesan, pecorino, olive oil, and basil. Top the bread prepared this way with burrata and sprinkle with dry-roasted pine nuts.

Ideally, drizzle the bread lightly with olive oil, add roasted cherry tomatoes, and grate a little parmesan on top.
