INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g radishes
  • 100 g Lučina
  • 50 g soft quark
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest and 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • artisan bread

INSTRUCTIONS

    Dice 50 g of radishes into 3 mm cubes. Grate the rest finely into a bowl. Add the diced radishes, mix, press, and drain any excess water.

    Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix.
Tip
Caution: only grate the yellow part of the lemon zest. The white part is bitter.

Tip: For an especially delicate flavor, you can finish the sauce with a drop of lemon juice. Homemade spaetzle or wide noodles, which perfectly soak up the creamy sauce, are an excellent side dish.
