- 50 g měkkého tvarohu
- řemeslný chléb
- 1 kávová lžička nastrouhané citronové kůry a 1 kávová lžička citronové šťávy
- 1 lžíce nakrájené pažitky
- 1 kávová lžička soli

INSTRUCTIONS
- 150 g ředkviček nakrájíme na kostičky o hraně 3 mm. Zbytek nastrouháme najemno do mísy. Přidáme nakrájené ředkvičky, promícháme, stlačíme a slijeme přebytečnou vodu.
- 2Do mísy přidáme zbylé suroviny a promícháme.
Tip
Pozor, strouhejte pouze žlutou část citronové kůry. Bílá je hořká.
