Ingredients
- 130 g olive oil
- 240 g Lučina
- 50 g flat-leaf parsley
- 30 g milk
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- salt
- 30 g hazelnuts
- 5 g peeled garlic
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
- 2Place the nuts on a baking sheet in the oven for 4 minutes. Then place them on kitchen paper and rub them with your hand to remove the thin skin. Finely chop the garlic.
- 3Roughly blend parsley and olive oil in a blender. Add nuts and garlic and blend. Add Parmesan and salt and blend until smooth.
- 4In a bowl, mix Lučina with milk, add 70 g of parsley pesto and stir. Season with salt, stir, and chill.
- 5You can store parsley pesto in a clean glass container with a lid for several days. Pesto can also be used, for example, in pasta. You will need a blender for preparation.
