The further tightening of government measures is constantly increasing the demand for our service. We are extremely grateful for your trust and for turning to us in this situation. We would love to help immediately and everyone, but unfortunately, our current capacities are not enough for that. We are trying and doing everything possible and impossible to help as many people as possible stay safe at home and to ensure access to quality food for all in need. But despite all efforts, we are unfortunately unable to ensure the usual availability and speed of our services. Therefore, we have had to implement the following measures to help satisfy as many of you as possible.

Our couriers will still greet you with a smile, even though it's not very visible through all those masks. But they protect both them and you.

We are canceling 15-minute time slots. Only hourly slots are available for the delivery of your purchases.
Additional orders are not possible.

We had to limit the maximum number of pieces for certain beverages. Specific pieces are always listed with the respective product.

We have increased the number of time slots for our Premium customers.
