Are you still wondering, why is this delicacy actually white? It's because during growth, it is covered with soil to prevent sunlight and photosynthesis. However, it is still the same species as the green one, but compared to it, the white is more delicate and has a milder taste.

 

 

We regularly stock asparagus and you can always find the current situation on this page. Since it is not mass production, but high-quality, fresh, and purely Czech asparagus, the daily quantity is limited. However, every morning we replenish the stock with a freshly harvested batch.
