Dear customer, because quality and health safety are key for us, we have decided to withdraw the Láznička sauerkraut product, minimum shelf life date 14. 6. 2021 and 2. 9. 2021, from sale based on a customer complaint, as glass pieces were found in one product. These are products that were delivered to our customers in orders in Prague and surrounding areas from July to mid-October 2019 and in Brno and surrounding areas from July to mid-November 2019.

 

If you have a product with this minimum shelf life date at home, please do not consume it and dispose of it. The minimum shelf life date can be found on the paper cover of the lid. This information does not apply to products with a different minimum shelf life date.

 

We have removed the product from our offer at least until the matter is fully investigated with the supplier, with whom we are intensively resolving the issue and doing everything to ensure that the situation does not repeat. For the purchased products, we will refund your money in the form of credits to your account during today and, as an apology for the inconvenience caused, we will credit you with 50 credits for your next purchase.
