These rules ("rules") contain the complete regulation of the conditions of the competition named "Competition for a package of kibble" ("competition"). These rules are continuously available throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address https://www.rohlik.cz/tema/pravidla-souteze-brit and constitute the sole binding document in relation to consumers governing the competition rules. These rules may only be amended by written addenda to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or a shortened version of these rules presented in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Company ID: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 ("organizer"), operator of the Rohlik.cz e-shop.

The organizer of the competition is the company VAFO PRAHA, Ltd., K Brůdku 94, 252 19 Chrášťany, Company ID 61499587, C 30564/MSPH Municipal Court in Prague („organizer“).

The competition will take place in the Czech Republic on the organizer's Facebook profile ("competition page") within the following competition period ("competition period"): from March 13, 19:03:00 to March 19, 19:03:00.

Any natural person over 15 years of age who fulfills the conditions for participation in the competition as stipulated by these rules ("competitor") may participate in the competition. All competitors who do not properly fulfill the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer, or persons who are close to such persons within the meaning of Section 22, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participating in the competition. Should such an excluded person become a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competitive behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or who are otherwise reasonably suspected of abusing the competition or circumventing these rules in contradiction with the rules or purpose of this competition. The organizer reserves the right to assess, at any time and at their discretion, the fulfillment of the stipulated competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude from the competition, at their discretion, competitors who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules.
