These rules (“rules”) contain the complete regulation of the conditions of the competition named “Competition for a Manufaktura product package” (“competition”). These rules are continuously available throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address https://www.rohlik.cz/tema/pravavidla-souteze-manufaktura and constitute the only binding document in relation to consumers regulating the competition rules. These rules may only be amended by written addenda to this document published in the same way as this document. Excerpts from these rules or a shortened version of these rules stated in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, ID No.: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 (“organizer”), operator of the Rohlik.cz e-shop.

 

Organizátorem soutěže je společnost MANUFAKTURA s.r.o., se sídlem Melantrichova 970/17,  Praha 1, 110 00, IČO 031 27 371, zapsaná v obchodním rejstříku vedeném Městským soudem v Praze pod sp. zn. C 343582/MSPH  („organizátor“).

 

The competition will take place in the Czech Republic on the organizer's Facebook profile ("competition page") within the following competition period ("competition period"): from 4. 5. 19:01:00 hrs. to 9. 5. 19:00:59 hrs.

Any natural person over 15 years of age who meets the conditions for participation in the competition set out in these rules (“competitor”) may participate in the competition. All competitors who do not properly meet the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer, or who are close persons to such persons within the meaning of Section 22, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. Should such an excluded person become a winner, the prize will not be awarded to them and will be forfeited to the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competitive behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or for whom there is other reasonable suspicion of abusing the competition or circumventing these rules in violation of the rules or purpose of this competition. The organizer reserves the right, at any time and at their discretion, to assess the fulfillment of the stipulated competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude from the competition, at their discretion, competitors who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules.
