These rules (“rules”) contain the complete regulation of the conditions of the competition named “Mattoni 1/2Marathon Carlsbad 2023” (“competition”). These rules are continuously available throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address https://www.rohlik.cz/tema/pravidla-souteze-runczech and constitute the only binding document in relation to consumers regulating the rules of the competition. These rules may only be amended by written addenda to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or a shortened version of these rules stated in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Company ID: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 („organizer“), operator of the Rohlik.cz e-shop.

The organizer of the competition is the company Prague International Marathon, spol. s r.o., Františka Křížka 461/11, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague, ID 63673738, C 36777/MSPH Municipal Court in Prague ("organizer")

The competition will take place in the Czech Republic on the organizer's Facebook profile (“competition page”) during the following competition period (“competition period”): from May 15, 14:03:00 to May 16, 17:03:00.

Any natural person over 15 years of age who fulfills the conditions for participation in the competition set forth by these rules ("competitor") may be a participant in the competition.All competitors who do not properly fulfill the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer, or who are in a relationship of close persons to such persons within the meaning of § 22 para. 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. In the event that such an excluded person becomes a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer.The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competitive behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or for whom there is other reasonable suspicion of abusing the competition or circumventing these rules in violation of the rules or purpose of this competition. The organizer reserves the right at any time, at its discretion, to assess the fulfillment of the stipulated competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude from the competition, at its discretion, competitors who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules.
