These rules (“**rules**”) contain the complete regulation of the conditions of the consumer competition named “Vánoční soutěž Rohlik.cz o 101 cen” (“**competition**”). These rules are continuously available throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address www.rohlik.cz/tema/vanocni-soutez-rohlikcz-o-101-cen and constitute the sole binding document in relation to consumers governing the rules of the competition. These rules may only be amended by written addenda to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or a shortened version of these rules stated in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Company ID: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 (“organizer”), operator of the Rohlik.cz e-shop.

The competition will take place in the Czech Republic on the website www.rohlik.cz ("competition pages" or "rohlik.cz") during the competition period: "First phase" October 26, 2023 from 00:00:00 to November 19, 2023 23:59:59. "Second phase" November 20, 2023 from 00:00:00 to December 15, 2023 23:59:59. (First phase and second phase together as "competition period") The decisive moment for assessing whether the competitor has met the conditions for inclusion in the competition during the given competition period is the moment of sending a binding order for goods made through the competition pages, which subsequently (i.e., even after the competition period has expired) was not returned by the customer (either in whole or in part), or for which the buyer did not withdraw from the purchase agreement ("competition purchase"). To avoid any doubt, it is stipulated that the submission of a legitimate complaint about goods does not reduce the value of the competition purchase for the purpose of participation in the competition.

Any natural person over 18 years of age who has a user account registered under their own name on rohlik.cz and who fulfills the conditions for participation in the competition set forth by these rules ("competitor") may be a participant in the competition. In the event that a competitor reorders goods within a single order, even before the actual delivery of that order, the competitive purchase shall be considered the cumulative, actually delivered purchase including all reorders. Given the possibility of purchasing goods on rohlik.cz only after prior registration, one user account registered on rohlik.cz is considered one competitor.All competitors who do not properly fulfill the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer, or persons who are close to such persons within the meaning of Section 22, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. Should such an excluded person become a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer, who will draw an alternate winner in their place.The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competitive behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or for whom there is other reasonable suspicion of abusing the competition or circumventing these rules in contravention of the rules or purpose of this competition. The organizer reserves the right at any time, at its discretion, to assess the fulfillment of the stipulated competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude from the competition competitors who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules, at its discretion. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude from the competition competitors against whom it records outstanding receivables arising from their previous contractual relationships.
